This is an amazing place with a lot of healthy options, the place is very nice, It has outside sitting, and the flavor is excellent, the only downside is that one of the waiters is not a good one, He's careless and doesn't really help you out to pick your options... The other waiters are great BTW...
The only bad thing was the salsa was from a can I thought because I was in Mexico it would be the real thing

I absolutely love Papá Frijol and every time I go to Hermosillo I make time to stop there. The food is delicious, the portions are great and there are many healthy options. I particularly recommend the chicken tostadas. Try the red salsa that they bring to the table, it's very notable and I wish they would bottle it and sell it. This last trip I ordered the green chile chilaquiles with two eggs fried on top.
